Walter is the founder, president, and executive director of New Creations, a Christ-centered rehabilitation ministry modeled after Teen Challenge.  Walter is also one of the two senior pastors of Christ Community Church, which he planted in January of 1998. He graduated summa cum laude from Bethel Seminary in San Diego with a Master of Arts in Theology with an emphasis on Biblical Studies. Walter has been married to Grisel for 35 years and has three children and two grandchildren.
