Equipping Strategic Church Leaders

A nonprofit helping pastors in Africa, Latin America and Asia grow in calling, character and ministry competence.

OUR PURPOSE

Why We Are

CTN is a nonprofit organization that exists to address the challenges facing the global Church today including limited access to spiritual resources, lack of depth in theological training and education and the resulting dangerous spread of false teaching and practices.

We train strategic pastoral leaders through a practical, self-directed, and collaborative learning approach that promotes godly character, transformative shepherding, and intentional discipleship.

Our core values recognize the Church as God’s plan to reach the world and include evangelical theological orthodoxy, holistic transformation, pastoral leadership and authority rooted in Christ-like character, and church health.

The challenges we address

Limited access to spiritual resources

Lack of depth in theological training and education.

Where training is scarce, false teaching and harmful practices take root.

About CTN

The Church Transformation Network (CTN) exists to equip strategic church leaders who are often under-resourced and lack access to formal theological education.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CTN serves the global body of Christ by partnering with pastors across Africa, Latin America, and Asia—regions experiencing rapid church growth but facing a critical shortage of accessible training.

Our priority

We work alongside churches and evangelical alliances to provide contextually relevant, biblically grounded instruction that fosters growth in both life and ministry.

Our mission is to empower pastors to multiply disciple-makers, catalyzing holistic transformation within their communities.

By prioritizing indigenous ownership, CTN raises up mission-driven leaders who serve with integrity and profound impact to advance the Great Commission.
