The Church Transformation Network (CTN) exists to equip strategic church leaders who are often under-resourced and lack access to formal theological education. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CTN partners with churches and evangelical alliances across Africa and Asia, regions of rapid church growth and a critical shortage of accessible training, to provide contextually relevant, biblically grounded instruction that grows pastors in life and ministry.

We train strategic pastoral leaders through a practical, self-directed and collaborative approach that promotes godly character, transformative shepherding and intentional discipleship. By prioritizing indigenous ownership, CTN raises up mission-driven leaders who multiply disciple-makers and advance the Great Commission.
