From isolation to fellowship in their own words
Coaches, facilitators and parish pastors from Uganda and Rwanda tell what the training changed: in their teaching, in their families, and in the fellowships that now carry them.

From Isolation to Fellowship
Rev. Stuart Amanya shares that many pastors in the North Ankole Diocese once served in isolation, rarely gathering for prayer, encouragement, or mutual support. Through CTN’s training program, that culture has been transformed: every archdeaconry now hosts regular pastors’ fellowships where leaders strengthen one another in ministry.
The course also renewed his own walk with God, leading him to re-examine his calling and intentionally prioritize shepherding his own family. Now serving as a coach, he visits these fellowships to encourage fellow clergy—whom he calls the “fuel givers” of the church.
“As CTN helps care for these leaders and breaks the cycle of isolation, the entire diocese is being strengthened.”

What leaders are saying
Gratitude from the pulpits of Uganda from churches that sent their pastors and saw them return equipped.
My name is Pastor Sylvestre, and I lead the Banda Parish. I consider CTN a program that came from God. God saw the gaps in our ministry and sent us tools that enable us to serve with deep roots. CTN is a guide that reveals the gaps within you and helps you grow, while also maturing those you serve. For someone who has not attended other theological schools, studying these courses feels like graduating from a university.
We are really grateful to all protocol observed, on behalf of the Leadership of Bweyogerere Pentecostal Church, thanks for equipping us for servanthood, ministry to His flock, and people in the world.
Much appreciation to PDN for the great opportunity you accorded us to be mentored in leadership. On behalf of the Kitintale hub we extend our gratitude to you. Today was indeed remarkable, the commissioning, the certificates and tokens of appreciation were spot on. May God bless you.
Pastors, leaders, and all ministers of PDN who have worked hard and had sleepless nights to see that such a multitude of ministers would have such an opportunity — for sure some of us used to desire for this, but no one could hold our hands. Thank you all. I am so happy. God bless you.
I dearly thank and appreciate the Visionbearer, president of PDN, for laying a leveled foundation to me, because I didn’t expect that I would make it. Thank you to the organizing team. It is our appreciation as Kamuli Team, and we pledge to pastor (feed), defend and mature the flock of our master as faithful servants. 2 Timothy 2:2 is and shall be our daily task to keep us awake.
