Equip Leaders. Multiply Disciples. Transform Communities
Welcome to the world of Church Transformation Network (CT N), where unprecedented times and rapidly changing contexts are reshaping global missions. In this dramatic historical moment, God is actively fulfilling the prophetic promise of Jesus: “l will build my church.” As the gospel spreads through both traditional methods and innovative global media, we are witnessing the most significant expansion of the Christian church since Pentecost. This surge is especially evident in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, where millions of new believers are gathering and earnestly seeking pastoral leaders who are both called and competent.
Today, that vision is becoming reality in remarkable ways. Through a non-formal, highly contextual, peer-to-peer training model, CTN is equipping tens of thousands of pastors—many of them bi-vocational leaders who could never afford or access traditional seminary education. These pastors are learning to preach the whole counsel of God, disciple believers who make other disciples, and confront false teaching with sound doctrine. As they gather in small learning communities, they study Scripture, practice new skills, and hold one another accountable.
Behind every number—among the approximately 65,000 pastors currently active in our training—is a story: a rural pastor who now opens the Bible with confidence; a young leader who has turned from prosperity teaching to gospelcentered ministry; a congregation once divided by conflict, now growing in unity and mission. Together, your prayers, giving, and advocacy are multiplying this impact across nations and denominations.
Yet we believe God is calling us to much more. Looking ahead to 2026-2035, CTN is preparing for a decade-long initiative to train 1,000,000 pastors and key leaders across the Global South—closing a significant portion of the training deficit and strengthening churches that serve tens of millions of believers.
To reach this scale, we are inviting churches, foundations, and individuals into deeper partnership through sustained prayer, strategic collaboration, and investment in CTN’s training, curriculum development, and digital platforms. As you read this annual update, I invite you to see yourself as part of this story. Together, by God’s grace, we can ensure that rapidly growing churches are not left “like sheep without a shepherd,” but are led by well-equipped, biblically grounded, Christ-like pastors who will serve their people faithfully for generations to come.
